so what happens if i would happen to be drunk as hell and get in at 3 am in the morning (one hour after the start of the state wars) and try to join in, id get in? and do some damadge? or wouldnt i be able to join or whatsoever?

Chances are at that time Adiee either the battles will be over, or the rooms will be full as each room only hold 100players.

If you get in at that time, by all means check, if theres an open spot feel free to enter.
